Great oral heath begins with a healthy diet, regular dental check ups, and regular brushing and flossing habits. These steps help remove the bacteria that build up in your mouth after eating sugary foods.

When left unchecked, these bacteria will lead to plaque build up on your teeth, which, in turn, can lead to tooth decay and gum disease.
